1. Placing an order 

1.1 When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to Mimoto for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects. When placing an order please inform your name, address, email address and your phone number.
1.2 The personal data of the customer stored by Mimoto is confidential and Mimoto is committed to subjecting all personal data.
1.3 You are obligated to follow the terms of this agreement when every order is placed.
1.4 A Bonding sales agreement comes into force when an order is placed.
1.5 As an EU consumer you have up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel and return goods you have ordered from us (check chapter 4).
1.6 The item ordered must be picked up from the post office or from the pick-up point within 14 days from the delivery date, or the agreement terminates. (check chapter 4.8)
1.7 Mimoto is not responsible about the information provided by the manufacturer.
1.8 Mimoto reserves the right to not to deliver the order.

2. Prices

2.1 VAT is included on the prices found in the catalogue. We deliver items ordered via the Post.
2.2 If an item's price changes between the time you place your order and the day your order is packed for delivery, we will charge you the price that was valid at the time when the order was placed. If you make changes to your order, we will charge you the price valid at the time of those changes are made.
2.3 Product information is placed in the product cards on our webpage. If an error in the product information leads to a return of an item, the return costs are covered by us. The return must be made during a reasonable time after the error has been noticed or after the error should have been noticed by the customer.

Restrictions: Items containing chemicals, batteries or items that weight more than 20 kilograms cannot be delivered abroad.

3. Terms of delivery

3.1 Delivery within in 3-7 working days. If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be informed by email.
3.3 When you send a customer return package, remember to retain a copy of the receipt/the tracking number and to inform us about the return by email: asiakaspalvelu@mimoto.fi

4. Return policy

4.1 As an EU consumer you have up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel and return goods you have ordered from us. (including weekends and holidays)
4.2 The day when the item is picked up from post office or from pick-up point is the day of the receipt.
4.3 Returns are accepted when returned in perfect un-used condition and re-merchantable. During 14 days before the return is to be made, you have the same possibility to examine the product as you would in the store. You can open the packaging of the item without losing your right to return the item. But note that you cannot start using the product. For example, we recommend that you try on a motorcycle helmet, without removing the tags or the coating. When the tags and the coating have been removed, the item considered to be used.
4.4 The return policy is not valid if the product has been used.
4.5 The return of an item must always be made: A) in the original or similar to original packaging B) well packed without any unnecessary marks. C) with copy of the receipt. D) within 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
4.6 We will not accept any return that has not been appropriately packaged. Any damage caused by the services of Posti will be covered by Mimoto or by the transport company.
4.7 Any agreement related to the sale, like discounts or dissolving must be made by writing. (by email or mail)
4.8 We charge 19,90 € of a return of an item.

5. Warranty

5.1. Warranty is an additional voluntary agreement provided by the importer. The provider of the warranty is responsible that the product is functional during the warranty period. If the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, importer, or by a workshop authorized by the importer, the responsibilities of Mimoto concerning the warranty are restricted to the common error provisions of the fifth chapter of consumer protection law.
5.2 The starting date of the warranty period is the date mentioned in the receipt. The period lasts the time defined by the importer of the product. Warranty replacement doesn’t increase the original warranty period.
5.3 Damages made by external objects are not covered by the warranty.
5.4 The warranty doesn’t cover misuse of the product or any other neglect of the product instructions, like installation errors made by the customer or normal passing of the product.
5.5 According to the consumer protection law the customer must inform the provider of the warranty during a reasonable time after the customer notices an error or should have noticed it.
5.6 Warranty returns have to be made in the original package or in a similar to the original package, well packed without any unnecessary marks and with a copy of the receipt.
5.7 Every warranty return can be sent or delivered to Mimoto, Warranty return product can be sent as a customer return package without any costs to the customer.

6. Paying methods

Payment of an order can be made by using Visa or Mastercard. In Estonia, Latvia or in Lithuania payments can be made using Maksekeskus with online payments provided by the local banks.
